ENZO Car Mats are available for most car models, we offer a wide range of packages to suit your vehicle and individual requirements. Please browse our pricing page to find out more about the prices and options available.

What is the lead time to process my order?

The turnaround time is 7 to 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

What if my car model is not available?

If your specific vehicle model / year is not available in our existing list, please feel free to write to us under the Contact Us section to book an appointment. We can assist to make customized measurements and provide a quotation for your specific vehicle.

Do you have ready stock available for immediate purchase?

As our mats are all custom made, please understand it will be challenging for us to maintain a permanent inventory of ready stock for sale. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support and we will continually strive to reduce the lead time for pre-orders. The turnaround time for order is as per mentioned above.

What is the lead time for my order?

The ENZO Car Phone Holders range and ENZO Aromatherapy Car diffuser are all ready stocks and hence customers should be expecting to receive these items within 1 to 3 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order has been placed. But in the circumstances that it is being purchased with ENZO Car Mat, then it will be delivered together and the turnaround time is 7 to 10 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to the customer.

ENZO Car Mat

My ENZO Car Mat does not fit my vehicle perfectly

To start off, the car model selection on our website went through a proper research process to reflect the correct vehicle information and the car templates have gone through proper customisation process to ensure the correct fitment.

In the event that the fitting is not accurate due to manufacturing issues, kindly Contact Us and provide us further details regarding your situation and we will get it sorted out for you with no further charges. We do not accept placing the wrong order on car mat from our website, personal driving habits and car modification that deviates from the original car factory built as the reasons for wrong fitting.

Should customers make any after-sales request on their order due to the above non-acceptance reason, a fee will need to be implemented at the discretion of ENZO. If the order was couriered to you, we will need your help to mail it back to us. Please check our Return and Exchange Policy page for more information regarding returning your product.

We would emphasize that should customers be unsure on the car model selection for their car, do kindly Contact Us to clarify before making the purchase.

Amendment & Cancellation of Order

Can I amend or cancel my ENZO Car Mat range order?

As ENZO car mats are specially customized for different car models, any forms of order amendment or cancellation are to be notified to us within 2 days from the date of the order confirmation. No amendment or cancellation request will be accepted 2 days after the order confirmation date.

Can I amend or cancel my ENZO Car Phone Holder range order?

For ENZO TORRAS Phone Holder range, once items have been shipped out, no amendment or cancellation request will be accepted.

Can I amend or cancel my ENZO Aromatherapy Car Diffuser / ENZO Signature Scent?

For ENZO Aromatherapy Car Diffuser / ENZO Signature Scent, once items have been shipped out, no amendment or cancellation request will be accepted.

What Does The ENZO Prime Car Mat Lifetime Warranty Cover?

ENZO's Lifetime Warranty insures the full set of car mat based on purchase and the manufacturing defects for the lining works on the car mats. Please take note that we will only allow a one-time change of the car mat in the event of severe wear and tear that affects the waterproof functionality of the mat. Excluding the one-time change of car mat, the warranty for ENZO Car Mat does not cover damage caused by abuse and misuse.

What Does The ENZO Care Car Mat 2 Years Warranty Cover?

ENZO's 2 Year Warranty insures the driver mat and the manufacturing defects for the lining works on the car mats. Please take note that we will only allow a one-time change of the driver mat in the event of severe wear and tear that affects the waterproof functionality of the mat. Excluding the one-time change of driver mat, the warranty for ENZO Car Mat does not cover damage caused by abuse and misuse.

What Does The ENZO TORRAS Phone Holder 6 Months Warranty Cover?

The 6 Months Warranty insures the manufacturing defect both ENZO TORRAS Air Vent & Dashboard Car Phone Holders.In the event of a warranty claim, you will be required to send or mail your ENZO Car accessories back to us so that we can conduct further examination on the affected product. ENZO Prime Car Mat uses high grade TPV Rubber Material during car mat production. ENZO car mats are certified by SGS to be odour-free and non-flammable. It provides a comfortable and safe ride for you and your passengers throughout the whole driving journey.
