I ordered two units—one for my car (VW Tiguan) and one for my wife’s (Volvo EX30). Since my wife was only available on the weekend and I had more flexibility, I scheduled my installation for Friday at 2:30 PM and hers for Saturday at 10:30 AM.
When I arrived on Friday at around 2:00 PM and contacted the staff, I was informed that the technician had an emergency during lunch as his car wouldn’t start. As a result, he was unable to proceed with my appointment and asked if I could return on Saturday. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible as I needed to accompany my wife for her appointment.
I specifically needed the mats installed in my car that week, as I had guests to pick up and wanted everything ready beforehand. I had also taken half a day’s leave just for this appointment, so I was understandably disappointed and requested to cancel my order for my car.
That said, credit to Enzo for handling the situation professionally and processing my refund quickly, which allowed me to purchase another set of mats elsewhere. While I was let down by the missed appointment, I appreciate the prompt resolution. My wife went ahead with her Saturday appointment, and her installation was completed as planned.
For my VW Tiguan, being a 7-seater, the installation is quite complex, which is why I initially opted for professional installation. Unfortunately, it didn’t work out in this case, and I ended up going with another brand, which I am happy with.
Overall, the service was still very good—I would rate it 5 stars—but this experience felt like an unfortunate case of bad luck. Perhaps it would help to have a backup technician or contingency plan in place for situations like this in the future.
